People have asked me…Why I became a coach?
The first reason is, I'm ecstatic about being in a profession that allows me to use all the resources, talents, skills and abilities I've accumulated and been blessed with. I help people shape their visions into reality. You could say that I'm a people expert! When you're truly living your purpose and mission it is a great gift! I'm grateful to be able to live my life's purpose.
The second reason is I get paid to learn! I admit it I'm insatiable when it comes to learning. For the past ten years I've read over 800 books, attended seminars with the most incredible speakers and turned my car into a university on wheels by listening to audiotapes. I'm bursting with information and energy! The bottom line is, every time I read a book, listen to a tape or attend a seminar I increase my value to all my clients.
The third reason is being a coach allows me to create balance in my life to pursue my personal and spiritual growth. I will only coach 25 clients per month. There are two reasons for this- the first one is that I give 100% of my focus and energy to each client. The second reason is my need to maintain balance. For me-it's about walking the talk. I couldn't give you something that I don't have. Hiring my coach was the best decision I've ever made. It has impacted and enriched my life on every level. So much so, that I've dedicated my life to being a coach. My personal results were the springboard in my decision to become a coach!
In my continuous pursuit of education, I've joined "Coach University." Coach University is an advanced professional school whose main objective is to train people to be Professional Coaches. I am on weekly telephone classes that train me on how to coach my clients more effectively. The strategies that Coach University has revealed to me have been invaluable to my clients. In essence, Coach University trains me to serve you more effectively with cutting edge tools.
My background includes being a results-oriented public speaker as well as a sales trainer and consultant. I have been President of The Sales Catalyst, Inc for 21 years and have conducted sales training and management seminars throughout the United States and abroad for corporations, business groups, associations, general public groups and private individuals.
